My expertise lies at the intersection of visual, product, UX, and service design.
I enjoy building momentum within design teams, and working closely with product folks, developers, copywriters, and researchers to create an environment where collaboration and human-centered design are at the forefront of our process. I lead teams through the design process; user research, workshops, user testing, prototyping, and building successful products that scale.
I’m currently working as an Experience Architect Lead for Salesforce, based in historic Oak Park, Illinois. When I'm not working, you can find me scouting for vintage knick-knacks, writing and illustrating children’s books, watching and coaching hockey, and spending time with my kids.
